Designed to protect the machine’s sliding components, this bellows flexibly expands and contracts along the machine’s range of motion while preventing foreign substances from entering from the sides and top.
A folded bellows designed with careful selection of materials and structure. Its basic construction is a three-layer design consisting of outer Material, core material, and inner Material. By changing the composition of these layers, the specifications can be customized to suit various environments and applications.
A bellows made by sewing a single-layer material at the peaks and troughs. It is effective for materials that are not suitable for folding. Ideal for high-temperature and high-heat environments. However, it is not suitable for large-sized bellows.
A bellows manufactured by heat-welding a single-layer material and support plates (PVC), realized through technical collaboration with Möller (Germany). Support plates are inserted into every peak to enhance strength. By shaping the support plates as guides, mounting becomes possible in all directions. Attaching armor (SUS) to the peaks makes it effective against chips and spatter.
