Our fire hose automatic reel “MAKIMAS” won the “Excellence Award” at the 2024 Fire and Disaster Prevention Science and Technology Awards.
With the declining birthrate and aging population leading to a decrease in the number of firefighters and volunteer firefighters, we developed this machine in the hope that it would help alleviate the burden on them. As a result, it was highly evaluated as a useful proposal that meets the needs of the field.
